Welcome to the home of the New Britain Jr Hurricanes Youth Football and Cheerleading. We are extremely excited to  offer a football and cheerleading program in the city of New Britain that will assist in the development of all student athletes and their growth not only as football players but also as young citizens within the community. This will be  accomplished by improving their life skills as well as their football and cheerleading abilities. All participants will be  afforded the opportunity to improve these life skills through education, friendships, teamwork, football and  cheerleading. The purpose of this program is to prepare our youth to be successful in high school sports as well as  academics by teaching the fundamentals of football and cheerleading while emphasizing education, commitment and responsibility. The primary goal of the New Britain Jr Hurricanes Youth Football and Cheerleading program is to develop young men and women; who through participation in the program; will naturally progress into the High School Football and Cheerleading program creating a feeder system for football and cheerleading that will focus on the student-athlete as a whole and produce successful community contributors as well as fundamentally sound football players and cheerleaders.
